Our deliveries are carefully packed in their boxes. 


If you are not pleased with you purchase we offer the option of cancelling or returning your order with a refund guarantee!


Where we ship to

 

At Beankingdom.com we ship internationally, so there is no need to think about limitation when it comes to location.


Shipping fees

 

All orders will be shipped free of charge regardless of geographical location.

Shipping times

 

We reserve the right to take as much as 48 hours to process an order so we can verify with our suppliers that the product you ordered is available.


The international shipments can take up to 20 business days to be delivered at your destination.

Cancellation Policy
 

All clients have 48 hours to change their minds about an order and cancel it. This is also the time it will take us to process the order.

If you desire to cancel an order please email us at [email protected] and inform our Customer Service department accordingly by putting in the subject line the words “Order Cancel” and the order number.


Within 24 working hours from the “Order Cancel” email you will receive a reply.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

 

Beankingdom.com offers its customers a money back guarantee.


The products you purchased can be returned after 10 days after they were delivered if you are not satisfied with what you received. The returned products must comply with the below:

 

All items must be in perfect condition

 

All items must be returned with all their original packing material, warranties, manuals and/or accessories.


On Beankingdom.com no return will be accepted without a return authorization. To receive your return authorization, please contact our Customer Service department at + 08082387568, send an email at [email protected] or fill in a Contact Form. Your Return Authorization Number will be issued and you will be guided through the next steps necessary to make the return.


To start a return, please pack the products you'd like returned, include a copy of the pick slip included with your order, seal your box securely and send your package to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your refund request is approved, then we will process it and a credit will be applied to your original payment method ( Credit/ Debit card ). We do not provide refunds via cash, check, or other payment methods. 


The processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-5 business days upon receiving your returned item, or refund request, in case of an order cancellation. After this, the refund time will depend on the service provider linked to your payment method.


We reserve the right to refuse any Returns applications if they do not meet the conditions outlined in our Shipping Policy. If we deny the return, the merchandise shall be returned and the customer will be responsible for all the shipping and handling charges.


All return shipments are made at your own expense unless approved in writing by our Customer Service Department.


Please note that the vouchers cannot be returned / refunded and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
